This is a very large and totally refurbished modern 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment (1,100 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 8) on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in a Haussmannien building in excellent condition. It is located in the Marais district (4th arrondissement) between Place Bastille and the Right Bank of the Seine River. It is a short walk to the Bastille Opera and almost adjacent to the Bassin de l'Arsenal where private yachts are moored at the juncture of the Canal Saint Martin and the Seine. This is Paris's little sailing port located on part of the former moat of the Bastille. The quay which runs alongside, gives access to a large public garden.
