This is an “Ultra” modern (decor is minimalist) one bedroom apartment (540 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 2) located on Rue de l'Odeon, one of the nicest streets in the 6th arrondissement. It’s between the movie Theatre de L'Odeon on Blvd. St. Germain and the historic Theatre de L'Odeon at Place de L'Odeon next to the Jardin du Luxembourg. Here you will find old bookstores and antique shops and no fast-food shops or neon signs. This location is a 2-4 minute walk from a half dozen excellent quality restaurants clustered around the Oden and Blvd. St. Germain junction. Car traffic is fairly limited as this is a short street. It's really a top location for people who love the 6th district.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a good building with lift. The building facade has been resurfaced and the elevator is new and the staircase has been refinished. The spacious and bright Salon overlooks on to Rue Odeon and the bedroom overlooks onto a quiet courtyard. The furnishings are hyper-modern but comfortable. Equipment includes DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi… but no TV. The bedroom is also very bright. It has a double bed and a desk. There is also a large closet for storage. The kitchen has a refrigerator, combo convection/Microwave oven, Dishwasher, and clothes washer. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and it has a large walk-in shower and basin. The toilet is in a separate room.
