It is easy walking distance to the Seine, Place Saint Michel, Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Conciergerie. The closest metro stations are St. Germain des Pres, Mabillon, and Odeon.
Located in a good building, the apartment is on the fourth and fifth floors without an elevator. It is very calm and sunny as it is on the top two floors and overlooks an interior courtyard.
This is a large and very modern apartment (825 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 3) in an upstairs-downstairs duplex configuration. It has been decorated by an Italian architect in an oriental motif and is very pleasant and in a great location. The second (upper) floor of the apartment has a main bedroom with a double bed under a skylight and with a flat screen TV.
A smaller bedroom on the same floor is an open mezzanine loft space that has a single bed.
The bathroom, also on the upper floor, has a bathtub and basin. The toilet is in a separate enclosure.
