It's located near the corner of Rue du Bac on the 2nd American floor of a modern building with an elevator. This quiet apartment overlooks the interior courtyard and is on a small street close to the active Boulevard Saint Germain.
It is graciously organized and offers ample living space with a living and dining area, a partitioned open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, and an extra "powder room."
The Salon has wall to wall windows overlooking an interior garden through lightweight curtains which allow the light to flow in and offer an unobstructed view.
