This large, classic, one bedroom apartment is in the Saint Germain des Pres district between the Rue du Bac and Boulevard Saint Germain intersection and the Invalids. It is an easy walk to the Musee d'Orsay, to the Left Bank of the Seine, and over the Passerelle Solferino (pedestrian footbridge) to the Jardin Des Tuileries on the Right bank of Paris. Within two metro stops of the Odeon district, the Rue de Varenne is also the site of the Hotel of Matignon where the French First Minister is based. You will be in the triangle area formed by Rue du Bac, the Invalids and the Musee d' Orsay.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This bright apartment is located at the 4th floor (without elevator) of a high quality classic building and has the privacy of being alone on the floor with a great height under the ceiling.

The apartment (685 Sq. Ft, Sleeps 4) has been completely renovated. The place is absolutely "unique" with original woodwork dating more than 200 years ago. It has a large living room with fireplace (closed). There are two sofas. One is a good quality sofa-bed which allows an additional sleeping bed (sleeps 2). There is a large formal dining table that will seat eight guests. Equipment includes: Cable TV and High Speed DSL Internet access. The bedroom has a double bed.

The completely modern kitchen is very well equipped with Dishwasher, Microwave, conventional oven, and clothes Washing Machine (no Dryer). The bathroom, finished in marble, has a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet.
