Located away from the street on the ground floor of a classical old building, this quiet apartment, approximately 620 Sq. Ft., faces an interior courtyard.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2006-7, and features a large living room with American style open plan kitchen, high ceilings with moldings, and massive wood parquet floors which are a century old but completely restored. There is a double sofa bed and regular sofa, a round dining table with chairs, and antique furniture. In front of the living room the door opens to a portion of the courtyard screened off by bamboo planters giving you use of a private portion as a terrace where there is a small table and chairs.
