APARTMENT LOCATION

This very high quality Air Conditioned 2 Bdrm and 2.5 bathroom apartment is a huge (1,210 Sq. Ft.) space spread over three levels that really amounts to an Italian Villa with an added Penthouse and private roof-top terrace. It has stunning 360 degree views of Saint Germain des Pres from the roof-top Penthouse bedroom and terrace level. Since each bedroom is isolated on its own separate floor and has its own ensuite bathroom there is maximum adult privacy and the apartment is ideal for two couples. This is a wonderful and much desired location with sweeping views of Paris, privacy, fresh food shops, coffee shops, restaurants, many art galleries, movie theatres, and upscale shopping on the Boulevard Saint Germain.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment is spread over the 5th, 6th, and 7^th floors of a quiet high security building accessed via an interior courtyard. The elevator starts on the 2nd floor and goes until the 5th floor so there is one flight of stairs at the bottom and one flight of stairs at the top required for access. The entrance to this apartment is on the main (6th) floor, where you will find the large living room with private balcony, a separate dinning room area, and the kitchen with adjacent toilet.

The living room is furnished in a classic style with seating for 8 or 9 around a coffee table. It has an extended open area leading to a private balcony with views over the Saint Germain district. The equipment includes a satellite TV and DSL with Wi-Fi Internet access. The separate adjacent dining area has a table w/eight chairs and an antique sideboard. The kitchen, located next to the dining room, is fully equipped with Dishwasher and combo Microwave - Convection oven. There is an extra toilet on this level. In one corner, directly in front of the entrance, is an antique custom made spiral staircase going both up to the top, 7th floor, (bedroom, full ensuite bathroom, and roof-top terrace) and down to the 5th floor, where there is a second very private spacious bedroom with office and a second full ensuite bathroom and dressing room.

Take the spiral staircase to the top floor and you find an unusual custom built glass walled penthouse bedroom with a Queen bed and adjacent ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A sliding glass door gives access to the superb roof-top terrace with tables and chairs for outside dining. From this bedroom and terrace you have direct unobstructed views of Paris with the Eiffel tower just in front of you.

Take the spiral staircase to the lowest floor level and you will find the second secluded bedroom, also with a Queen bed. This bedroom has a large office w/desk and bookshelves area. This bedroom also has a full private bathroom with a classic claw foot bathtub w/shower and a separate dressing room with plenty of wall closet space and storage. The clothes washer/dryer is in a separate storage closet.
