It's on the 4th American floor (no elevator) of a building that is near the corner of Blvd. Raspail and only one block from the intersection with Blvd. St Germain between the Boulevard Saint Germain and the Le Bon Marche.
This location is within a five minute walk of the La Grande Epicerie de Paris (the ultimate grocery store), and the Organic Market (an open-air street market held every Sunday morning on Boulevard Raspail) regarded as one of the best of Paris's outdoor food markets.
The apartment is nicely furnished with a real double bed (instead of the usual sofa-bed), small folding table w/chairs for two, Cable TV w/CNN, Cable high speed DSL Internet (you need only bring your own notebook), and two elegant classic French antique style sitting chairs. The windows overlook the interior building courtyard with a small garden and face northwest. .
The fully equipped kitchen has two cooking elements, a microwave, refrigerator, and a clothes washer/dryer.
The bathroom has a large modern tiled walk-in shower, basin, and toilet.
