It is not far from the musee Orsee and assemblee Nationale and is close to the edge of the 6th arrondissement.
The building is classic and the main central staircase has been protected as �historic� so there is no elevator installed. The apartment is on the 5th American floor and the owner will be available to assist with luggage when you arrive and depart. The building has a resident concierge and security code.
The apartment was refurbished and completely refurnished in the fall of 2004 in an elegant contemporary style.
It�s sunny and calm with the windows overlooking the interior building courtyard and facing south to catch the sun. The decor is completely modern with while walls and clear hardwood floors.
