This immaculate one bedroom apartment is located on rue Grenelle very close to the intersection of the Blvd. Saint Germain, Blvd. Raspail, and rue du Bac in the very heart of the Saint Germain des Pres district. This location is in the very center of "chic" Paris with fashion shops and restaurants all around the district. It is not far from the Musee d'Orsay and Assemblee Nationale and is close to the edge of the 6th arrondissement.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The building is classic and the main central staircase has been protected as "historic" so there is no elevator installed. The apartment is on the 5th American floor and the owner will be available to assist with luggage when you arrive and depart. The building has a resident concierge and security code.

The apartment was refurbished and completely refurnished in the fall of 2004 in an elegant contemporary style. It's sunny and calm with the windows overlooking the interior building courtyard and facing south to catch the sun. The decor is completely modern with while walls and clear hardwood floors.

The salon has a comfortable double sofa bed, built-in bookshelves, and a modern table with seating for four. There is Cable TV with high speed Cable DSL Internet connection with Wi-Fi (you need only bring your own notebook computer) and a stereo system.

The bedroom has a Queen Size bed, side table, easy chair, and a small writing desk as well as an en-suite bathroom with basin, toilet, and nicely tiled modern walk in shower.

The spacious kitchen is modern and complete with a combination electric/microwave oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, ceramic cook-top, and a clothes washer and dryer.
