Some 1,450 sq. ft. large in a traditional, well kept building, the entire apartment - including the kitchen and bathroom - was entirely renovated in January 1999. It is attractively decorated and comfortably furnished with some nice antiques, and offers ample storage!
The entrance hall leads to a large attractive dining room with fine parquet floor, and glass dining table for six, with a double door opening onto the sitting room. There is a separate well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, regular oven, microwave, gas heaters, fridge/ freezer. The spacious elegant living room has high ceilings, three windows that allow in plenty of daylight, a decorative fireplace (not in use), Cable TV with English channels, hardwood floors and rugs; it overlooks the street, and has a high quality double sofa bed (new in 2006).
The first bedroom off the sitting room has a King size bed, and in-suite bathroom, including toilet. It overlooks the street, and its double glazed windows shut out the street noise. A long corridor leads to the second bedroom with hardwood floor, rugs, two twin beds, and a view of the quiet courtyard. There is an adjacent, smaller but complete bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The apartment has it's own central heating.
