This is a wonderfully luminous and absolutely huge 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment (1,320 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 6) that is located in the very center of the Saint Germain des Pres district on the Left Bank of Paris. The Saint Germain des Pres district is the very vibrant, living, fashion, shopping, and artistic center of Paris. Here you have one of the most popular, active, and sparkling neighborhoods of central Paris. There are plenty of Cafes, restaurants, cinemas, bookstores, and trendy boutiques. The apartment is literally in the center of the district and just 2 to 4 blocks from the Jardins du Luxembourg, the Saint Sulpice church, and the well known shopping destinations of the Bon Marche and the Boulevard Saint Germain. The apartment is on 7th and last floor, with elevator, of a Haussmanian building of very good standing. The building has a concierge and is secured by two security Digicodes.

This sunny apartment with rooftop views and a clear view of the Eiffel Tower (from the kitchen) has a living room and three bedrooms, a large kitchen with a formal dining table for eight guests, and two full bathrooms. The sunny living room with two sofas is very luminous with a beautiful view over the roofs of Paris. Equipment includes a large flat screen Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access.

The first bedroom (the Master bedroom) has a Queen size bed, built-in closets, a dresser, easy chair, and a beautiful upright piano. This bedroom has its private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub with wall shower and toilet. This ensuite bathroom also has a full size clothes washer and dryer stacked together to save space.

The second bedroom has a large double bed and office desk w/chair, and it has a door that opens directly onto the living room. It also has a second direct access door to the third bedroom via a connecting door.

The third bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to make one King size bed and a double dresser. It shares a common door with the second bedroom but also has its own independent access.

There is also an independent bathroom that has a walk-in shower and basin, and, in addition, an independent second toilet in its own enclosure.

The large kitchen with room for a full dining table with chairs is fully equipped. It has a direct view on the Eiffel tower from here. The equipment includes a conventional convection oven, a microwave oven, a gas cook-top, with exhaust hood, refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher.
