This is a perfectly located vacation rental apartment for two in the center of the Saint German des Pres district on the Left Bank in Paris. In the 6th Arrondissement, it is just steps from the Brasserie Lipp, the Cafe de Flore, the famed Les Deux Magots, and the St. Germain church. From here you can walk to the rue Buci market, the Bon Marche, the Jardin du Luxembourg, Saint Sulpice, Odeon, and the Seine. This is the very center of the trendy Saint Germain fashion and shopping district.
This is a very large 550 Sq. Ft. Studio apartment located on the 4th American floor (no elevator) in an ancient building with a resident concierge and secured with a digital door code. It is a large triangular shaped room with a separate kitchen and an enclave on one side with a pull down Murphy bed built into the wall cabinetry. The large salon is open and unobstructed with plenty of space even when the bed is opened in place. There are high ceilings with exposed wood beams and three very tall large windows offering plenty of light. The floors are polished hardwood and the furnishings are contemporary in style. Equipment includes Cable TV with English channels and Stereo.
There is a small efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator, ceramic cook-top, Microwave oven, and Dishwasher.
The modern tiled bathroom has a basin and full bathtub with wall shower and a clothes Washing machine. The toilet is separate.
