This is a large and sunny 1 bedroom apartment is located in the 11th arrondissement between Place de la Republique and Place de la Nation, just one block from the Boulevard Voltaire in a traditional Haussmanian building. It is on the 7th and top floor with an elevator. This area, once a classic Parisian neighborhood, is now in transition so on the side towards Place de la Republique the area has become a clothing wholesale district while on the other sides towards Place de la Nation and the Cimetiere du Pere Lachaise the residential atmosphere remains. Just a 2-3 minute walk down Avenue Parmentier will take you to the Place Leon Blum with dozens of the traditional small shops. Rue de la Roquette especially has a collection of boulangeries, patisseries, traiteurs, boucheries, fresh fruit and vegetable shops, and the usual collection of Cafes and restaurants.

This is a large 825 Sq. Ft. apartment (Sleeps 4) that has been totally and uniquely remodeled to make the most space available for enjoyment. The furnishings are contemporary and complimented with a modern decoration. It is composed of a very large living room, with a beautiful view without any opposing apartments so you have direct views over the roofs of Paris. Two single benches in the living room can be made up into two single beds. Equipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL with Wi-Fi Internet access.

The bedroom has a double bed and overlooks an interior courtyard so it is particularly calm and quiet. The ensuite bathroom with bathtub and basin has an unusual glass wall opening on to the bedroom with Venetian blinds as covers. The toilet, on the other hand, is in a separate enclosure.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a conventional gas cook-top, a Dishwasher, Microwave/Convection combo oven (no conventional oven), and a clothes Washing Machine (no Dryer).
