This is a very large modern three bedroom and two bathroom family apartment (1,045 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 8) located in the 12th arrondissement, on the Right Bank of Paris. This is one of Paris's largest and most residential arrondissement. Most of its important monuments are historically recent, from The Opéra Bastille to the Gare de Lyon railway station, Bercy, the Bois de Vincennes, to the Vincennes Zoo. This rather residential arrondissement is perfect for a family and convenient in terms of metro lines and buses. The apartment is located nearby the open market on Cours de Vincennes, and near many shops, and a supermarket.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. This residential area is very safe; the building access has a digital door code, an intercom, and a residential building concierge. The windows of the apartment overlook two interior courtyards so the apartment itself is quieter than if it overlooked the street. From the entrance hall you can access the main living room. At one end there is a sitting area with two double sofa-beds, a coffee table and a flat screen Cable TV. The other end of the main room has a dining area with a large table and chairs to seat eight people. A small balcony is also reachable from the dining area and it overlooks another courtyard (just as all the windows). All the rooms have high ceilings and refinished hardwood floors with area rugs.
The full kitchen is open on to the dining portion of the main room and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, convection oven, Microwave oven, full size ceramic cook-top, dishwasher, and a clothes washing and drying machine.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and its windows, as well as the other bedroom windows, overlook a courtyard. There is lots of storage space and small dressing room next to this bedroom. There is full bathroom with a bathtub with a hand shower, basin, and toilet accessible from the corridor that leads to this master bedroom.
The other two bedrooms are accessible from the main hall. Each of them has a single bed and are simply furnished.
A second bathroom with a bathtub with hand shower and basin is accessed from the corridor that leads to these bedrooms. A separate toilet is accessible from the entrance hall.
