Ft., Sleeps 6) enjoys a panoramic view over Paris with a direct and unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment high rise just next to the Montparnasse office tower. It also overlooks the Atlantic garden and its tennis courts and is near a swimming pool. There is a large choice of restaurants and cafes, and a shopping center close by. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a local outdoor market and on Sunday an art market. There is easy access with 3 metro stations and 5 bus lines and it is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Eiffel tower by metro and has easy access to the Chateau de Versailles.
Located on the 7th floor of a modern Montparnasse high rise complex built in 1960 this apartment is bright and sunny with great day and nighttime views over Paris. The apartment will accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child.
The Salon has an eclectic collection of modern and art deco furnishings with comfortable chairs, two sofa beds (1 single and 1 narrow double), a dining table that seats 6, and some antiques. Equipment includes Cable TV w/English stations, DVD, Stereo, and DSL Internet access.
There are two bedrooms with double glazed windows overlooking the courtyard. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a �trundle� bed that opens by sliding the lower unit out to make two single beds. The lower unit is suitable for a child or small adult.
The modern kitchen has a refrigerator w/freezer, a ceramic cook-top, electric conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and clothes washing machine. There are cooking utensils and dishes for 12 people.
The modern bathroom has a double basin and full bathtub with wall shower.
The toilet is in a separate enclosure.
