This location, known as the Lamarck-Caulaincourt residential area has easy access to several bus lines and the “Montmartrobus” (line 67) that wanders up and down the little streets of Montmartre. The building is in good condition with a digital security system at the entrance door. The apartment is on the second American floor with elevator and overlooks a small and very calm street.
This apartment of 770 Sq. Ft. was recently renovated and re-furnished in a very modern style with a Red and Black motif. The floors are refinished hardwood and the apartment has the high ceilings and tall windows typical in Paris. The living room has a sofa, coffee table, and an expandable table that will sit 4-5 people. Equipment includes a large Cable TV w/flat plasma screen, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.
