This is a unique large apartment (990 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 7) made out of a combination of two smaller adjacent apartments, a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apartment. These share a common entrance hall with adjacent entryways. They are situated on the 4th floor without an elevator so there are three flights of stairs to enter. It is at the foot of the Montmartre hill surrounded by grocery shops, restaurants, cinemas and theaters which make up the Montmartre Village. From here you can walk to the Sacre Coeur Cathedral, the Place du Tertre, the Place des Abbesses and all the Montmartre tourist spots.
Because each apartment was originally separate they have individual entrances from a common landing. As you step on the landing the one bedroom apartment on the right side has a Salon with Cable TV and couch, a bedroom with a double bed, a small but complete kitchen, and bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. This portion has views over Rue des Abbesses and down the hill over Rue Lepic directly towards the Eiffel Tower.
The two bedroom apartment has converted the salon into a large dining room with table and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people. From there you can access a large bedroom with a double bed and a “L” shaped sofa that opens into a double sofa-bed. Stairs in this bedroom go up one level to reach the third bedroom under the roof that has a single bed. There is also a second complete kitchen and second complete bathroom w/walk-in shower, basin, and toilet in this apartment. The windows of the second unit look into a courtyard and onto Rue Tholoze.
Equipment includes Cable TV, DVD player, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.
The combined kitchens have two refrigerators, two conventional ovens, two cook-tops, a Microwave oven, a Dishwasher, and a clothes washing/dryer machine.
