It's near shops of all descriptions selling delicious treats, restaurants, and cafes spilling over the pavement. This area is not yet invaded by tourists. Real Parisians live here! Easy walk to the Sacre Coeur (10 minutes), Place du Tertre (5 minutes), a short metro or bus ride to the Champs Elysees, Musee d'Orsay (10 minutes approx.), and easy access to all the other sites of Paris. This is a truly delightful area.
Totally renovated in the summer of 1998, to an excellent standard, this second floor apartment of some 470 square feet overlooks a quiet courtyard with green shrubs. It is carpeted throughout, and very agreeably furnished with quality modern pine; a great choice for those requiring two bedrooms without breaking the bank.
All rooms open onto the small entrance hall, thus ensuring privacy. The attractive, small living room, offers a fresh green and yellow color scheme, two comfortable sofas, a glass top dining table, and a TV. The small and agreeable kitchen is equipped with a small electric oven, a two-burner stove, and a washer/dryer. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has a short bath with a shower attachment; a separate, 'throne-like' toilet is located at the top of 4 steps.
