Here you are just two minutes from the Place de Vogues in the 4th Arrondissement and close to the Franc Bourgeois fashion boutiques, the Rue Rosiers pedestrian street, the Marche du St. Catherine, the Picasso Museum, and Place Bastille with the “new” Bastille opera …. and so much more. This is heaven central for walking and exploring the historic 17 Century Marais district, even across the hidden courtyards of the Hotel Sully, across Rue Rivoli, and through the old-town district to the river Seine and the Ile Saint Louis. This area also is filled with every possible cafe and restaurant.
The apartment is on the third floor (2 flight of stairs) without an elevator. The apartment overlooks the street and onto an interior courtyard. The main room has a large table to accommodate up to six guests, and a double futon style sofa-bed. Equipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.
The first bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
The kitchen, fully equipped, is open onto the living room. It has a refrigerator, conventional oven, ceramic cook-top, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, and a clothes washing machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub with hand shower and a basin, and is independently accessible from the living room. The toilet is separate.
