APARTMENT LOCATION

This is a very modern, totally renovated, one bedroom apartment (495 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 4) furnished with a very contemporary décor. The apartment is on the fourth (top) floor without an elevator so there are three flights of stairs to manage. The apartment is in a good building with a pleasant interior courtyard. This area of the Marais district (known as the “village”) is one of most residential and “upscale” parts with a large international component in residence. It is a very pleasant area for walking, both day and night. From here you can easily walk to the Bastille Opera, the Place des Vosges Park with its 17th Century buildings, the Ile Saint Louis and Ile de la Cite (with Notre dame Cathedral), the Saint Paul district, and the old Jewish district of the Marais around rue Rosiers.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The main room has a double sofa-bed, modern easy chairs, and area rugs spread over polished hardwood floors. The walls are all white and covered with very large and colorful modern art. Equipment includes two large flat screen Cable TVs (one in the living room and the other in the bedroom), Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

The kitchen, very modern, is open on the living room and quipped with a full size refrigerator, conventional oven, Microwave oven, ceramic cook-top w/exhaust, and Dishwasher.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a full wall of built-in closet space for storage. There is no bedroom door between the bedroom and the living room but there is a full length curtain that can be closed for visual privacy.

The fully tiled bathroom (with a sky-light) has a full size bathtub with wall shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a separate clothes Washing Machine and Dryer.
