This very elegant 1 bedroom apartment has been completely renovated with all amenities and appliances brand new in January 2007. This is one of the best parts of le Marais in the 4th arrondissement, in between the Seine River and Rue Saint Antoine. The apartment is very close to Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Bastille, Ile Saint Louis, the Place des Vosges, and a few minutes away from most of Paris' center places by metro. It has an ideal location within 3 minutes walk to the river and Ile St Louis.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

It is 410 Sq. Ft. (Sleeps 4) and located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a nice ancient building. The apartment is very quiet (a quiet street and double glazed windows) and has great typical Paris roof views. It is less than a minute walk to food and grocery shopping, as well as restaurants and stores. The apartment sleeps 4 with 2 on the living room queen sofa-bed and 2 in the bedroom's king size bed. It has a Flat Screen Cable TV (with CNN and BBC), DVD Player, and DSL Wi-Fi Internet access.

The separate kitchen has a microwave oven, fridge, ceramic cook-top (2 elements) and a large size clothes washer/dryer.

The bathroom has a sink and a bathtub with wall mounted shower, and toilet.
