This district is both residential and a pleasant environment to walk. Located in a traditional building of the Marais, it has exposed beams and lots of space under the ceiling. The apartment is located on the third American floor with no elevator.
This apartment (385 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 4) has a single large living room with a sleeping loft. The furnishings are contemporary. The sofa can be made up as a single bed for a child if needed or opened and used as a double bed. There is also a double bed on the mezzanine loft.
