This is a large studio with sleeping loft in the heart of the Marais district on the Right Bank of Paris. It's just steps away from the historic 17th Century Place des Vosges park and an easy stroll to the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis. This district is both residential and a pleasant environment to walk. Located in a traditional building of the Marais, it has exposed beams and lots of space under the ceiling. The apartment is located on the third American floor with no elevator.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This apartment (385 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 4) has a single large living room with a sleeping loft. The furnishings are contemporary. The sofa can be made up as a single bed for a child if needed or opened and used as a double bed. There is also a double bed on the mezzanine loft. A couple can choose to sleep on the loft or on the double sofa bed in the living room. Equipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access.

The open plan American style kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, two burner cook-top, and a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a basin and walk-in shower. The toilet is separate.
