This is a modern deluxe 2+ bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (880 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 6) that has been completely restored and re-furnished to a very high standard. It is located close to the edge of the historic Marais district “Le Marais” and the wonderful rue Montorgueil pedestrian area that is famous for its many restaurants and the open street market with fresh food shops. It’s a 5 minute stroll to the Pompidou Center Museum (Beaubourg). This is on a characteristic Parisian street with many trees and small open plazas. The restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops are clustered all around. If you walk 10 min you will easily reach Chatelet and les Halles area. This is a central and really convenient location. You can access many sites by foot. The closest metro stops are Etienne Marcel and Rambuteau and the Bus #29, which stops in front of the building, can take you all the way across the Marais to the Place des Vosges and Place Bastille in one direction or to the Place de la Opera and the Gare St. lazare in the other direction.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a high quality building with an elevator and has four main rooms. From the entrance corridor you pass a separate, independent toilet with a small basin, and the first bathroom equipped with a double basin and bathtub with wall shower. You next reach a small “formal” salon equipped with a comfortable armchair and an antique couch. This central area then provides access to the 2 separate bedrooms as well as the second living-room with its kitchen and dining area. In addition to the small “formal” salon there is also a second, much larger and more spacious, salon that has three distinct areas. Here you will find the modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent dining area with a dining table and chairs for six, both at one end of the room, and a separate casual "living room" space with a double sofa-bed and a coffee table at the other end of the room. Since this large salon has a separate entrance that can be closed and also enjoys independent access to the bathroom and toilet in the main hallway it can be utilized as a "third" bedroom if desired. Equipment includes a flat screen Cable TV in the main living-room, a Stereo, a connection for your iPod, a DVD player in the main living-room and in the master bedroom, and high speed DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

The first bedroom is really spacious and bright and is furnished with two single beds that can easily be put together to make a King size bed. This bedroom has a clever and unique walk-in closet hidden behind a wall panel that also serves as the headboard for the bed. Here there is plenty of storage for luggage and clothes. There is also a small writing desk and a TV set that has been built into the wall so it takes no space.

The second bedroom with a Queen size bed, has its own ensuite bathroom with a basin and walk-in shower (with no toilet included).

The kitchen has a refrigerator, a full size conventional oven, a ceramic cook-top with exhaust, a Microwave oven, Dishwasher, and a clothes Washing Machine & Dryer.
