APARTMENT LOCATION

This is a very large and totally refurbished modern 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment (1,100 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 8) on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in a Haussmannien building in excellent condition. It is located in the Marais district (4th arrondissement) between Place Bastille and the Right Bank of the Seine River. It is a short walk to the Bastille Opera and almost adjacent to the Bassin de l'Arsenal where private yachts are moored at the juncture of the Canal Saint Martin and the Seine. This is Paris's little sailing port located on part of the former moat of the Bastille. The quay which runs alongside, gives access to a large public garden. This is a quiet upscale residential neighborhood but close to lots of activity. The Place des Vosges, Ile Saint Louis, and Notre Dame Cathedral can all be reached by walking.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This apartment is very bright as it has double exposure. The living room and the first bed room (with triple glazed windows) overlook a very quiet street. The other bed rooms overlook the interior building courtyard. The apartment has been entirely refurbished, so it is very clear, clean, modern, and very functional. There are refinished wood floors, while walls, and comfortable contemporary furnishing throughout this apartment.

The very large Salon has a dining area with a glass table and a lounge area equipped with a double sofa bed. Equipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi. A hall leads to the family spaces.

The first bed room has a Queen size bed and built-in closets.

The second bedroom has two single beds and also has built-in closets.

The third bedroom has a double futon bed and also has built-in closets.

The kitchen, which is separate, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic cook-top, a combo convection and Microwave oven, Dishwasher, and a clothes Washing Machine and Dryer.

There two independent bathrooms with two separate toilets, all accessible directly from the hall. The first bathroom has a bathtub with hand shower and two basins. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and a basin.
