This two bedroom apartment (700 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 6) is located on the second American floor of a well maintained building, and was completely renovated in 2001. This is the old “village” part of Le Marais district. The Marais on the Right Bank of Paris has been declared a historic neighborhood, and you can now find trendy boutiques, cafés, and museums in the district. The area's narrow streets, nevertheless, retain the stamp of a medieval village. The apartment is close to the Hotel de Ville, Place Bastille, Ile St Louis, the Place des Vosges (built by Henri IV at the beginning of the 17th century), and only a few minutes away from most of Paris' central places by metro. It is nearby all facilities including metro, church, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants... open market.
The main salon has antique tile floors, large windows, and a high exposed beam ceiling. One wall also has the original wood beam structure exposed. The furnishings are modern and include a Queen size sofa-bed, coffee table and easy chairs, and a dining table with chairs. Equipment includes Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.
The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and there are two single beds in the second bedroom.
The kitchen overlooks the courtyard and has a full size conventional electric oven, ceramic cook-top, multifunction microwave oven (microwave and convection combo), and refrigerator with freezer, and clothes washer/dryer machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub with wall shower and basin. The toilet with a second basin is separate.
