This little studio apartment is in a very central location. Within easy walking distance you have the Pompidou Centre, the Louvre, the Ile de la Cite, Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Conciergerie, the Left Bank, and the historic Marais district. Metro line #1 is a minute walk with direct access to the Champs Elysees, Bastille, Opera and much more.
It's in a traditional old Parisian building. Both the apartment and the entrance have been renovated in 2001. The apartment has been ingeniously designed to make maximum use of its 360 sq. ft. It is light and airy with pleasant contemporary furniture. Overlooking a courtyard, the apartment is protected from street noise by double glazed windows. There is a sitting room with parquet floor, sofa, and TV.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave (no classic oven). There is an excellent modern bathroom with tub w/hand shower, basin, and toilet. A flight of steep stairs (unsuitable for small children) leads to the mezzanine level which has a double bed.
The apartment has electric heating.
