This three bedroom apartment is truly unique in many ways; the location, the decor, the organization, the rooftop terrace, and the wonderful 360 degree views of Paris and its monuments. From here you can see the whole Paris skyline panorama including Saint Gervais, the Hotel De Ville, the Tour St. Jacques, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Pantheon, the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre Cathedral, and the Georges Pompidou Center. Centrally located at the edge of the Marais it is close to everything with an easy walk to Les Halles.
This three bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment (1,220 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 6) is spread across the top two floors of the building and has the added benefit of a large rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and room for outdoor entertaining. The apartment is organized such that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on one level and the mail salon, dining area, and kitchen are on an upper level. From the upper level stairs lead to a wonderful large roof-top garden terrace.
The decor is contemporary-modern with bright alternating pastel colors making a rainbow effect that is both light and cheerful. The large main salon has two sofas, easy chairs, and plenty of books and a large open floor space with room to dance. Equipment includes Cable TV with English channels, Stereo, and DSL - Wi-Fi Internet access.
There is a large dining table with six chairs on one side and a colorful corner kitchen area with many built-ins and direct views overlooking the plaza and fountains on the side of Beaubourg. Kitchen equipment includes a double wide under counter refrigerator w/freezer hidden behind panels, a combo convection & microwave oven, dishwasher, and ceramic electric cook-top with exhaust hood
The bedroom level has a Master bedroom with a Queen size bed. The Second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The third bedroom is organized as an office with desk and is a 'petit salon' separated by a curtain that when closed provides privacy. It has a trundle bed that can be opened to make two singles.
There are two full bathrooms on the same level as the bedrooms, each with a basin, walk-in shower, and toilet. Once bathroom has a clothes washer/dryer.

High Season: All other times.
