The apartment is organized such that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on one level and the mail salon, dining area, and kitchen are on an upper level. From the upper level stairs lead to a wonderful large roof-top garden terrace.

The decor is contemporary-modern with bright alternating pastel colors making a rainbow effect that is both light and cheerful. The large main salon has two sofas, easy chairs, and plenty of books and a large open floor space with room to dance. Equipment includes Cable TV with English channels, Stereo, and DSL - Wi-Fi Internet access.

There is a large dining table with six chairs on one side and a colorful corner kitchen area with many built-ins and direct views overlooking the plaza and fountains on the side of Beaubourg.
