This very large (1,210 Sq. Ft.) and sunny two bedroom (and two full bathroom) apartment, with a balcony, is located virtually in the very center of Paris. It is just steps away from Chatelet and Les Halles and only a few blocks from the edge of the historic Marais and Montorgueil districts. While at the very center of the transportation hub of Paris you can also walk to the Hotel de Ville, the Tour Saint Jacques, the BHV, the flower market, Beaubourg, the Ile de la Cite with Notre Dame Cathedral, Ile Saint Louis, and even the Louvre. Many restaurants, specialty shops, and Cafes are in the neighborhood.
This apartment (sleeps 4) is on the 6th and top floor, with elevator, of a very good building. A full length balcony runs along two sides of this corner apartment with chairs for basking in the sun. The views are unobstructed and the apartment is very sunny. The building is secured by two Digicodes at the entrance.
There is a large living room with two sofas, a glass coffee table, art, and a decorator area rug over refinished wood floors. Equipment includes a flat screen Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL with Wi-Fi Internet access. Adjacent to the living room is a beautifully appointed separate dining room with formal seating for six.
The two bedrooms have each have a Queen size bed and their own full bathroom making this apartment perfect for two couples or a family. Because of the high up location and strong sunlight both bedroom have heavy drapes to block the early morning sun and the top floor location and double glazed windows minimize the street noises below.
The modern kitchen is in a separate room and is equipped with a convection oven and ceramic cook-top, a Microwave, and a clothes washer and dryer.
The apartment has two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a full bathtub with wall shower and double basin and a toilet. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and basin with the toilet in a separate enclosure.
