This is a very large modern refurbished four bedroom and three full bathroom apartment (1,540 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 7) located in a house on a small quiet street with a lot of history. Here was located the beginning for the French press printing industry. Nowadays, it is a small and quiet street and all shops are within easy walking distance. It is an easy stroll to the Rue Montorgueil fresh food market street, the Grands Boulevards stores, Saint Eustache, Les Halles, La Bourse, and the Opera.
This is a huge four bedroom plus three full bathroom apartment spread over three floors with a private terrace on the second level. It directly faces an interior building stone paved courtyard.
On the ground floor is the main Salon with two sofa facing each other, direct access to the courtyard, and an antique chair and reading area. The décor is modern, with polished hardwood floors and while walls. Equipment includes a large flat screen Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access. On the same level is a separate room that is both a kitchen with an adjoining dining room with a rustic wood table and chairs.
