Centrally located between the Chatelet and the Montorgeuil districts and on the edge of the Maris district, this one bedroom apartment is right in the heart of Paris on the Right Bank. It is a 5 minute walk from the Centre Pompidou and the rue Montorgueil market street and only 10 minutes to the Notre Dame Cathedral.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This recently renovated apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) towards the rear of a classic Haussmannien building (1860) and overlooks a small quiet street from large floor-to-ceiling windows in every room. It ís accessed through an imposing double front door and an entrance hall leading to a marble staircase.

The apartment has parquet wooden floors and high ceilings throughout and is centrally heated. There is a large living room with two sofas, one of which opens into a comfortable double bed, a modern glass coffee table, and an area rug. The contemporary furnishings are casual and comfortable. There is both Cable TV and DSL Internet access.

The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in closet.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with a dining area with space to serve 6 people. There is an under counter refrigerator, conventional oven with ceramic cook-top and exhaust hood, Dishwasher, and a Clothes Washer/Dryer.

The bathroom has a large bathtub with wall shower and is tiled throughout in blue mosaic. The toilet is in a separate enclosure.
