APARTMENT LOCATION

Just a short walk from the banks of the Seine, this cute apartment is on the second floor of a fine Art Deco building with elevator, security digicode, and concierge. One of the newest and most interesting parks in Paris, the Parc Andre Citroen on the banks of the Seine, is a 5 minute walk away. This is a comfortable base for visiting all the sites of Paris with direct RER/Metro lines to the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and Musee d'Orsay, as well as the Quartier Latin and Boulevard St. Michel. A direct RER train takes you to Versailles in only 20 minutes!

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, with lots of little shops, cafes and restaurants. Light and welcoming, it is approximately 800 sq. ft. in size, and overlooks a wide open courtyard separating two "sister" buildings. It is carpeted throughout and decorated with nice paintings and furnished with fine antiques.

The entrance hall leads to a pretty sitting room with armchairs, a sofa, and television. The separate dining room also includes an antique single bed and an armoire. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The first bedroom has a double bed, an antique armoire and an adjacent bathroom with tub; the toilet is separate. A small second bedroom off the kitchen is simply furnished, with one double bed and a hand basin.

Central heating, internal control during heating season. The kitchen and bathroom, both good sized and well equipped, are slightly dated in style.
