This is a traditional two bedroom Paris family apartment, (880 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 4) in the Sorbonne area of the Latin Quarter on the Left Bank of Paris (in the 5th arrondissement). From this spot it is an easy walk to the Sorbonne, the Place St. Michael, the Cluny Museum, the Ile de la Cite, the Ile Saint Louis with Notre Dame Cathedral, and, in the other direction, the famous rue Mouffetard fresh food market street.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This comfortable family apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) in a traditional building. From the entry you pass the kitchen on your right side and then continue past a separate dining room (with table and chairs… and a piano) into the main salon. This is furnished with traditional furnishings including a sofa, coffee table, and collection of easy chairs arranged in front of a fireplace (not in use). Equipment includes a flat screen cable TV w/English channels, Stereo, and high speed DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and a small writing desk.

The second bedroom is accessed by passing through the first bedroom. As there is no separate access this apartment is best suited to family use. This second bedroom has a Queen size bed set up on a modern metallic support frame with a office installed underneath. The office in this bedroom has a desk, chair, and a PC computer.

The Kitchen has a refrigerator, a ceramic cook-top, a combo conventional/Microwave oven, dishwasher, and a clothes washing machine.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet.
