Right around the corner is the Place de la Contrescarpe, one of Hemingway's hang-outs, the Rue Mouffetard, with its open air market, and the prestigious Lycee Henri IV, that had such illustrious students as Eugene Delacroix, Guy de Maupassant, Baron Haussmann and Jean-Paul Sartre.
This bright and spacious studio is located on the 6th floor with 2 elevators of a contemporary building. The living area has parquet floors and large windows opening on a terrace with a teak patio set, overlooking the quiet street below and catching lots of sunlight. It is furnished with a double bed, a small table with two folding chairs, and a dresser. The facilities include cable TV with VHS player, stereo, and DSL internet connection are at your disposal.
