It is in one of the best locations of Paris, next to the Luxembourg Gardens in the Latin Quarter on the edge of the Saint Germain Des Pres area. The apartment offers ample living space with a luminous salon, an outside balcony, comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The spacious living room has a sofa and a sofa-bed (converts into a queen size bed). The cocktail table is custom made of tinted and polish concrete. The string of full size French windows light up the whole salon. Opposite the living area is the dining area which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Full size French windows open onto a balcony. The dining area has custom made square table that can host up to 8 guests and original artwork. Elegantly furnished, the apartment comes High Speed Internet access and free local calls. Equipment includes a DSL, Cable TV, DVD player, stereo, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.

The main bedroom has a king size bed. Ensuite to the first bedroom is an inviting bathroom featuring a corner bathtub with shower.

The second bedroom has a comfortable king size bed that can be converted into 2 twins (a split king). The second bathroom, near the 2nd bedroom but with a separate entrance, offers a spacious walk-in shower area.

There is a modern fully equipped kitchen featuring white lacquered cabinets enhanced by glass touches and finished with bar style table and stools.
