Enjoy this wonderfully located, historic 17th century residence in the Latin Quarter on Rue Mouffetard. This area is famous for its daily fresh food market, traditional French restaurants, and "village feeling" with pedestrian streets and old stone houses. Just step out of the courtyard and you are next to the Place de la Contrescarpe and only 100 yards from the Pantheon. It�s an easy walk to Notre Dame, the Boulevard Saint Michel, La Sorbonne, and the Jardin du Luxembourg.
This apartment, entirely renovated in early 2005, is on the second floor (with elevator.) The spacious living room has three large windows that overlook the courtyard and provide lots of light. The rooms have very high, exposed beam ceilings and polished wood floors. The main salon has a comfortable double sofa bed, a large modern glass coffee table, easy chair, a dining table with four chairs, and framed prints on the walls. There is a Cable TV, Stereo w/CD Player, and a High Speed Internet connection.
The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the living area with a counter with two chairs. There are electrical and microwave ovens, electric cook-top, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a clothes washer and dryer.
The bedroom has a queen size bed that can be separated into two twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with a wall shower, basin, and separate water closet.
