This is a great Latin Quarter location just behind the University of Paris near rue Jussieu and the Jardin des Plantes! It is a short stroll to the Left Bank of the river Seine and only a few minute walk to Place Saint Michel, Ile Saint Louis, and Notre Dame Cathedral on the Ile de la Cite. It is close to the outdoor fresh food market at Place Monge and just two metro stops to the open air food market on Rue Mouffetard. The Jussieu metro station is steps away as are many bus lines.
This is a lovely apartment on the 4th floor (with no elevator) in a 19th century building with a security code and an entry intercom. Lots of windows make it very sunny, there is a view out over a courtyard providing protection from traffic noise. Furnished in a modern style with carpeted floors, there are wooden beamed ceiling, white walls, and framed prints. The apartment has a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The living room has a double sofa-bed/couch (sleeps 2), two matching upholstered chairs, coffee table, various lamps, Cable TV, radio, and DSL. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The kitchen has electric cook-top, conventional oven, refrigerator, and a clothes washing machine.
The first bedroom has a French double bed (sleeps 2) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom also has a French double bed (sleeps 2) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub w/hand shower, basin, and toilet.
