Located on a small quiet courtyard on a calm street this modern studio meets all the basic needs for 2 (or even 3) guests. It consists of a single room, completely restored in 2004, with new flooring, paint, an all new bathroom and kitchen, and new furnishings.
There is a double futon style sofa-bed and a single futon style sofa-bed, a small coffee table, sideboard, and round dining table with four chairs. There is Cable TV and DSL Internet access. The windows open directly onto the end of a small extended courtyard set back from the street.
The efficiency kitchen next to the foyer is located behind custom closeable double doors that also function as added storage. The equipment includes a small conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator, and electric cook-top with exhaust fan. There are complete settings for six.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a built-in utility closet with room for your clothing and luggage.
