It looks onto the building courtyard and is located in the 5th arrondissement on the ground floor (just 3 steps up) on a quiet street. Across the street is a Park with a playground area for children. It's just steps away from the famous "rue Mouffetard" (a street for pedestrians only with a colorful, lively open air daily market) and the "Jardin des Plantes", and only a few minutes walk to the Pantheon and the most beautiful park in Paris, the "Jardin du Luxembourg".
The living area has hardwood floors, an efficiency kitchen corner, and is simply furnished with a folding dining table w/4 chairs, and a very comfortable sofa bed (for one guest). The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, fridge, cook-top, and the usual pots, pans, and dishes.
The bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to form a single king size bed, a dresser, lamps, and fireplace (closed).
The bathroom includes a bathtub w/shower, basin, toilet, and clothes washing machine.
