APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Although entirely renovated in 1990 and refreshed in 2009, the antique charms of this building have been preserved. To access the elevator from the building entry there is a one half flight of stairs to climb to reach the elevator. After you leave the elevator there is another one half flight of stairs to descend to access the apartment level. When you depart the apartment the sequence is reversed so there is a one half flight of stairs to climb to reach the elevator and half flight of stairs to descend to access the street level. This apartment is light and sunny and has lovely views over a park and garden on either side. You can even see the dome of the Pantheon! Tastefully appointed, it offers a pleasant mixture of quality antique and modern furniture.

Designed to retain its original character, the attractive, sunny living room, with its lovely old beams, tiled floor and rugs, features a warm stone wall and fireplace (not in use), white linen covered arm chairs and a single sofa bed, dining furniture, and TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

The small galley style kitchen, offers a marble-top dining bar for four, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, as well as a classic oven and stove with two electric burners.

To accommodate the small kitchen space the conventional oven is placed unusually high above the refrigerator so you must be very tall or stand on a chair to use it.

One Bedroom has two single beds and a nice marble bathroom with tub and shower attachment. The smaller, second bedroom has a French double bed in a limited space. (Note: the beds are unusually low). The toilet is separate.
