This is a very large modern two bedroom plus two and a half bathroom apartment (1,210 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 7) located adjacent to the Esplanade des Invalides gardens in the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris. This sunny apartment overlooks the gardens and has a direct view of the golden dome of the Invalides. The Eiffel Tower and the Quai Branly museum are nearby and the famous pedestrian street of rue Cler is just a five minute walk away. There you will find every gourmet food store and restaurant you could ask for. The closest stations are Tour-Maubourg and Invalides.
This newly renovated apartment is on the second American floor (one flight of stairs) with an elevator. A large entrance provides direct access to the kitchen which is fully equipped, the second bedroom, and the main Salon. This sunny main room has three large windows facing East and overlooking the Esplanade des Invalides . There is a double sofa-bed, coffee table, and a separate divan bench. The adjacent dining room area has a large table with seating for eight. Equipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, and High Speed Internet access with Wi-Fi. This apartment has no telephone so a client cell phone is required to make calls.
Adjacent to the living room, is the main bedroom with a Queen size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with double basins, a bathtub w/hand shower, and toilet.
There is a second bedroom with two single beds that can be put together to make a very large King bed. It is accessed directly from the foyer. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, single basin, and a toilet in a separate enclosure. This bedroom also has a single folding bed suitable for a child.
The very modern and completely equipped kitchen is in a separate room directly off the foyer and has a full size refrigerator, full conventional oven, ceramic cook-top with exhaust hood, a Dishwasher, and a Microwave oven. There is also a clothes Washer and Combo Dryer Machine.
In addition to the two full en-suite bathrooms there is also a separate toilet directly accessible from the foyer.
