This is a large classically furnished two bedroom apartment (1,100 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 4) located close to the Eiffel Tower in a very residential district in the 7th arrondissement. Here you are just one block to the Parc du Champs de Mars and only a two minute stroll further to the foot of the Eiffel Tower. If you continue across the Seine River you are about 5/10 minutes by foot away from Trocadero.
The apartment is at the 10th floor with elevator of a modern building and has a direct view on the upper portion of the Eiffel Tower. This building has assigned parking and there is one spot available to go with the apartment.
The large a living/dinning room has double sofas with easy chairs arranged around a coffee table. The dining area has a round table with chairs. The furnishings are formal and tending toward antique. Eqipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds…. which cannot be brought closer to form a double bed.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped and has a full size refrigerator, conventional oven, ceramic cook-top, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, a clothes washer/dryer.
The bathroom has a bathtub w/wall shower, basin, and toilet. There is an additional separate toilet in the apartment.
