This large two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is located on the border of 7th and 6th arrondissement between the Invalides and the Saint Germain des Pres Districts. The rue de Sèvres and the famous Bon Marché department store and the St. Germain des Pres with the rue Du Four district are all within walking distance of the apartment. The closest Metro stations are Saint Francois Xavier, Duroc, and Varenne.
This two level apartment is on the 5th and 6th (top) floor of a small individual house. A small staircase leads you to the elevator which takes you to the apartment. An English speaking house keeper lives at the Ground Floor. In this apartment you’ll have the good feeling of being in your own private house in Paris! The apartment overlooks a square with the Church of St. François-Xavier. This apartment enjoys a very sunny atmosphere with a large bay window overlooking the church. The view is absolutely great with no building directly opposite. From here you can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower behind the church.
Spread over two levels, this apartment (880 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 6) consists of a main room that is quite large with two sofas and a table that will seat up to 8 people. One sofa opens to make a double sofa-bed. Equipment includes Cable TV with English channels, Stereo, and DSL Internet access. There is a metal circular staircase that leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.
The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with refrigerator, conventional oven, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, and a clothes washing machine. The first bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet is also located on the main floor.
Upstairs on the top floor under the roof are two bedrooms, each one with a double bed. The upstairs level also has another, second, full bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, and a toilet in a separate enclosure.
