This one bedroom apartment (385 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 4) is located in the center of the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank in Paris. It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator so there are three flights of stairs to manage. From here it is an easy walk to the Eiffel tower, the Quai Branly Museum, and it’s only a block and a half to the famous Rue Cler street known for its restaurants and specialty food shops. This area of Rue Saint Dominique is an active and vibrant district with many shops, Cafes, and unique pedestrian “passages”.
This is a sunny apartment with modern double glazed windows, wood floors and has been fully renovated. The living room windows overlook the street and offer a view of the rooftops of Paris and a small portion of the Eiffel Tower. There is a modern double sofa-bed, coffee table, and casual seating. The fireplace is closed. Equipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed in an alcove separated from the living room by a floor-to-ceiling curtain.
The American style kitchen is open to the main Salon and there is a counter with two stools for casual eating. It has an under counter half size refrigerator, full size conventional oven, Microwave oven, a full size electric cook-top with four elements and exhaust hood, and a Dishwasher.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a clothes washing machine and a separate dryer.
