It's near many monuments like the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Ecole Militaire, Trocadero, and the new Museum Branly (Musee du Quai Branly) - all within easy walking distance. The 7th arrondissement is also one of the calmest and most beautiful arrondissement of Paris, and many parks making it a great place also for families with children. There are lots of shops and cafe's in the area nearby including bakeries and grocery stores as well as cafes and restaurants.
This charming, calm, and convenient one bedroom apartment has been completely renovated in 2004 with all equipment and appliances brand new at that time. It is 352 Sq. Ft. in size and located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an ancient building which was also renovated in 2004.
