It is between Rue Cler and the Champ de Mars Park, and benefits from being very close to the Seine River. It's near many monuments like the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Ecole Militaire, Trocadero, and the new Museum Branly (Musee du Quai Branly) - all within easy walking distance. The 7th arrondissement is also one of the calmest and most beautiful arrondissement of Paris, and many parks making it a great place also for families with children. There are lots of shops and cafe's in the area nearby including bakeries and grocery stores as well as cafes and restaurants.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This charming, calm, and convenient one bedroom apartment has been completely renovated in 2004 with all equipment and appliances brand new at that time. It is 352 Sq. Ft. in size and located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an ancient building which was also renovated in 2004. The style of furnishings includes a mixture of antiques, reproductions and new contemporary pieces. In the salon there is a Queen sized Sofa-bed, a separate settee, a small antique writing table w/chairs, coffee table and a glass front bookcase. Equipment includes a wall mounted high quality flat LCD Cable TV (with CNN and BBC), DVD player, and DSL Internet access with a Laptop PC.

The main bedroom has a Queen bed.

The kitchen is separate, with a combination microwave/convection oven, fridge, 2 burner cook-top w/exhaust fan, and clothes Washer/Dryer.

The bathroom has a sink and bathtub with wall mounted shower, with the toilet separate from the bathroom in its own enclosure.
