APARTMENT LOCATION

This is a modern, fully Air Conditioned, and sunny 2 Bedroom apartment (880 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 6) and is perfectly suited to two couples as there are two private bedroom “suites”, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. The apartment located in the 7th arrondissement, on the Left Bank of Paris. It is between Rue Cler and the Champ de Mars Park, and benefits from being very close to the Seine River and the Eiffel Tower. It's near many monuments like the Invalides, the Ecole Militaire, Trocadero, and the new Museum Branly (Musee du Quai Branly) - all within easy walking distance. The 7th arrondissement is also one of the calmest and most beautiful arrondissement of Paris, with many parks making it a great place also for families with children. There are lots of shops and cafe's in the area nearby including bakeries and grocery stores as well as cafes and restaurants.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and the main salon windows open toward the South so there is plenty of sunlight.

The apartment is completely modern in every respect and is furnished with comfortable and contemporary pieces. The living room has two leather armchairs and a double sofa-bed arranged around a small area rug and coffee table. The area next to the windows has a dining table and chairs… and there is also a pass-though counter for the kitchen that has stools for casual eating. Equipment includes a large Flat Screen Cable TV w/English channels, Stereo, and High Speed DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

The bedrooms are arranged with separation between them and can be completely closed off from each other so there can be real adult

level privacy. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with basin, walk-in shower, and toilet. The first bedroom has a Queen size

bed and the second bedroom has two single beds arranged together as one large King size bed.

The Kitchen is a “galley” type with easy access from both ends. There is a refrigerator, full size convection oven, a ceramic cook-top,

a Microwave oven, Dishwasher, and a clothes washer/dryer. There is also a pass through counter to the main salon with stools for

casual meals.
