It's only a five minute walk to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. You are also within a few steps to the famous shopping district on Rue Saint Dominique. Here you are located in central Paris, within 1 minute walk to shopping, food, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment is located in an upscale building on the fourth floor (no elevator) facing a peaceful courtyard with an Eiffel Tower view from the main bedroom.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This quiet centrally Air Conditioned apartment has two large bedrooms, large kitchen, living room, and two full baths. It has been completely renovated and refurbished to a high standard in 2006. It is in a 18th century building with the characteristic refinished hardwood floors, open beams, and beautiful moldings

In the living room are 2 sofas, one of which is a double sofa-bed allowing for 2 more guests to sleep comfortably. There is also a dining table for up to six guests, a PC with DSL Internet access, built-in air conditioning in all the rooms, large flat wall mounted Plasma Cable TV screen, DVD, VCR, and Stereo. This apartment also offers a telephone line with free unlimited calls to the United States.

The main bedroom has a King-size bed and a desk with PC hooked up to the internet. The room is decorated with contemporary furniture. Ensuite of this bedroom is a new bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

The second bedroom has twin beds for independent sleeping, but they can be put together to make a King-size bed as well. Next to the second bedroom, and off the entrance, is the second bathroom with bathtub (w/shower) and toilet.

Next to the living room is a separate open plan kitchen with a small eating area. It has a clothes washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, cook-top, multi-function oven with microwave, coffeemaker, toaster...
