APARTMENT LOCATION

This Air Conditioned two bedroom + 2 full bathroom apartment (750 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 5) on the Left Bank of Paris in the Invalides - Eiffel Tower district was completely renovated in 2007. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator) in a grand building, this apartment overlooks Paris monuments and enjoys direct views of the Invalides (Napoleon's Tomb). It is close to the famous Rue Cler Market Street, filled with butchers, bakeries, fruit stores and great restaurants. From here you can walk to the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, and Rue Cler. You can also easily take the metro (La Tour Maubourg in front of the building) everywhere in Paris.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

It has the marble and wood floors, high ceilings with moldings, and large windows typical of a classic apartment. The main salon has a fireplace (closed), wood floor, and open, wooden beams in the ceiling. There is a comfortable double sofa-bed, casual seating, and a dining area with table and seating for six. The furnishings are an eclectic mix of comfortable contemporary pieces mixed with a few antiques. There is built-in Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi high speed Internet access, large Plasma Cable TV, DVD player, Stereo, and CD Player.

The master bedroom with king size bed has a partial ensuite marble bathroom with a basin and a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower; and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom, finished in marble, has a large deluxe walk-in shower and sink, and is off the entrance hall. There is one toilet, separate from the two bathrooms also off the entrance as well.

The kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite marble countertops. It includes a large Refrigerator w/freezer, dishwasher, Microwave, a full conventional oven, and a clothes washer and a dryer.
