This is a small efficiency studio on the ground floor of a 19th century "Hausmanian" style building in the 7th arrondissement in the Eiffel Tower district, only a short walk from some of the most famous places in Paris: the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars, the Gardens of Trocadero, the Esplanade des Invalides, and the Ecole Militaire. In the very heart Paris, the street is small and therefore doesn't get very much traffic.
The studio was remodeled and upgraded in 2000. It has a security code entry system, high ceilings, hardwood floors, a petite efficiency kitchen, modern tiled bathroom, contemporary furnishings, and a window opening onto the courtyard. The main room is simply and pleasantly furnished and has a light and airy feeling.
Thereís a corner decorative fireplace and gilded mirror, a double size sofa bed for two, dining table for two, small coffee table, and a classic wardrobe. Included is a local land line, stereo, Cable TV w/VCR, and Cable DSL high speed Internet access - you need only bring your own notebook computer.
The completely upgraded kitchen has a small window, under counter refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, a two-burner cook-top, and a clothes washer/dryer, and cooking/dining utensils for four.
The completely modern bathroom has a basin, toilet, and full tub with a tiled shower enclosure.
