Ft., Sleeps 4) is located in the 7th arrondissement just at the foot of the famous Rue Cler pedestrian street known for its restaurants and specialty food shops. From here it’s an easy walk to the Champs de Mars (Eiffel Tower) and the Invalides (Napoleons’ Tomb). The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a Haussmannien building in good condition.
The main Salon has polished parquet flooring and high ceilings. It is furnished with conventional pieces and a modern double sofa-bed. There is plenty of casual seating, a round wood dining table w/chairs, and an antique sideboard and cabnet. The living room windows overlook the street.
The bedroom is carpeted, has a double bed, and the windows overlook the interior building courtyard.
There is a separate kitchen accessed from the hall that also has a “pass though” opening on to the main salon. It is equipped with a refrigerator, combo convection/Microwave oven (no conventional oven), an electric four burner cook-top w/exhaust, and Dishwasher.
The bathroom is independently accessible from both the bedroom and also through the entrance hallway. It has a full bathtub with wall shower, a basin, and clothes Washing Machine (no Dryer). The toilet is separate.
