APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This apartment with built in air conditioning in all the rooms is located in an upscale 19th century building on the ground floor between a peaceful courtyard with trees on one side, and a private terrace, which is rare, on the other side. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and plants for private outside dining, and is very nice during the summer months. The courtyards on both sides of the apartment are charming.

The living room area has typical wood floors, fire place, moldings, a Queen sofa bed where 2 additional guests can sleep. In the living room is a Fireplace, a dining table for up to 6 guests, a flat Plasma LCD Cable TV screen, DVD, VCR, and Stereo. This room opens to the apartment's large private outside terrace. This apartment also offers a telephone line with free unlimited calls to the USA,

The main bedroom has a King size bed and a desk with PC with DSL access to the Internet. The room is decorated with contemporary furniture. Directly in front of this bedroom is a bathroom entirely renovated with new tile, bathtub w/wall shower, wash basin, and a heated towel rack.

The second bedroom has twin beds for independent sleeping, but they can be put together to make a single King size bed as well. This bedroom has a beautiful antique fireplace. Next to it is the second bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

The separate kitchen opens to the living room, and has a clothes Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, fridge, cook-top, multi-function oven with microwave, coffee maker, toaster...
